This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules for using Clipry. By using the service, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.
Prohibited content
You may not upload, store, or share content that:
- Is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours
- Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
- Promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
- Constitutes harassment, hate speech, or threats against individuals or groups
- Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful software
- Is deceptive or fraudulent, including phishing attempts
- Contains personal or private information about others without their consent
Prohibited behavior
You may not:
- Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks
- Circumvent any security measures, rate limits, or access controls
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract content from the service
- Use the service for any form of cryptocurrency mining
- Resell or redistribute access to the service without permission
- Create multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions
Collaboration guidelines
When sharing folders with collaborators:
- Only invite people you intend to collaborate with
- Do not use shared folders to distribute prohibited content
- You are responsible for the content in folders you own, including contributions from collaborators
Enforcement
We review reported content and behavior. Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may:
- Remove the specific content that violates this policy
- Issue a warning to the account holder
- Temporarily suspend account access
- Permanently terminate the account
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement when required

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it to abuse@clipry.com. Include as much detail as possible so we can investigate promptly.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service.
