These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Clipry ("the Service") operated at app.clipry.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must sign in using a supported authentication provider (Google, Microsoft, or Yahoo). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to Clipry. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it solely to provide the Service to you. This license ends when you delete your content or your account.

You agree to use the Service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
When you share a folder or invite collaborators, you are responsible for managing who has access. Shared content may be viewed, edited, or deleted by those you grant access to. Clipry is not responsible for actions taken by your collaborators.
We strive to keep Clipry available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
We may impose reasonable storage limits or usage quotas. If limits change, we will give you advance notice and a reasonable opportunity to adjust your usage or download your content.
The Clipry name, logo, interface design, and underlying code are our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding or trademarks without written permission.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, we will delete your content within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
